Our mailbox is often overloaded with emails but we do the best we can to answer all emails within 24 hours. For quick inquiries and short questions email always works fine. More comprehensive mails or email-discussions are too time consuming for us unfortunately. In those cases contact by phone is defenitely much more efficient.

Our business hours are Tuesday - Friday 10:00 – 18:00hrs, Saturday 12:00 – 17:00hrs. In rare occasions you might get our answering machine. Feel free to use it, we check messages regularly and try to respond accordingly.

PAYMENTS
Marble Amps accepts VISA & Master Card payments for all international orders outside the EU community. With European transactions international banktransfers using IBAN and SWIFT codes are prefered.

SHIPPING:
Marble amps uses Schenker BAX Global Group for most oversea shipments. FEDEX and UPS can also be optional at customers request.
Within the EU-community DPD services or normal ground mail are the most cost effective shippers, depending on destiny and package weight.
